85% of emails are opened within 2 days of receiving them.  Only 21% of purchases happen within the first 2 days of receiving the email.  32% of purchases take place 2 weeks after receiving the email. 

Myth 3. You shouldn’t send emails to “inactive” users after 6 months.

20% of your annual opens happen from users who were previously inactive for 6 months or more.

Myth 4. Consumers are quick to mark emails as the “spam”.  

On average, less than 1 out of 2000 subscribers will mark your email as such.

Myth 5. Companies sending more emails will get ignored more. 

Sending twice as many emails DOUBLES the amount of emails being opened – thus increasing revenues.
