Website Login Trouble ~ Customers, Members & Administrators
Upgrading your browser may take about 10-15 min to install and you will have to restart your computer.
To Check your version of Internet Explorer, open up Internet Explorer, and in the Top Menu - go to Help | About Internet Explorer - it will show you what version you are using as in the screenshots below:
[If you don't have a File | Edit | View | Favorites | Tools | Help menu, then do a 'right-click' somewhere in the upper toolbar - but don't right-click ON something, do a right-click on an open space - but it HAS TO BE in the toolbar. You will then have an Option to click "Menu Bar" to bring up your Menu - and it will then look like the picture below]
Note: There may be new versions of the browsers available (they change all the time)...but below are screen shots common to the Internet Explorer browser.

When logging in to the private pages of your website, we also recommend you try clicking the "Remember Me" button. This will help set a "Cookie" so that your computer will allow the login to happen. Follow the screenshots below to click the checkbox, and see what happens when your login is working:

If you are at work, or somebody has set up other options to 'lock down' your computer, you may want to check your "Privacy Options". You can do this as shown in the procedure below:
In Internet Explorer 7, go to your Menu and click Tools | Internet Options:
Then click the "Privacy" Tab, then click the "Advanced" button (shown below):
When you try to 'login' to the Member or Admin section of any 1-2-1 website, your Computer is going to create a 'cookie' to allow this to happen. Computer act differently, and we may need you to try a couple things for it to handle the cookie.
The most common way you should try setting up Cookie Handling is as follows. Make sure the "Override automatic cookie handling" checkbox is NOT Checked:
Click OK and Save your changes, then try logging in again using the Customer Login Form.
Note: If this still does not work, then go back into the same screen, and this time try checking the "Override automatic cookie handling" button, but you will also need to accept First & Third party cookies, and check "Always allow session cookies" - as shown below:
Click OK, save changes, and try again. One of these options will work for you.
For those that are still having issues, you may need the company to RESET your username and/or password, and test with you so you can be sure you have the proper login information.
Usernames & Passwords are usually created in lowercase, and have no spaces - be sure to ask the webmaster this!
Note: You may also want to try your login info on a different computer. If it works, there may be other software issues with the initial computer.
