What kind of upfront costs are required?
95% of our installations require NO UPFRONT COSTS. Getting your website and email up and running is easier and cheaper than you'd expect!
Can I transfer my current site to 1-2-1?
We can take your current site and transfer all of the content over to your new website. We have a lot of experience transferring over from all major website providers.
What if I need help with my website/email?
We are at your service 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call or email us whenever you have any questions about the software.
Can I update the content on my website?
You can update content, menus, banners, news, events, photos, and more. Update it anytime, and from anywhere via our control panel.
What is your length of contract?
While many of our competitors hold their customers hostage with long-term contracts, we prefer to “hang our hat” on the quality of our services. Our contracts are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time with a 30 day notice.
Will you integrate with my online payment processing provider?
We currently offer PCI compliant integration with Moneris, Mercury, ETS, Authorize.net, and PayPal. If you don’t happen to use one of these providers, we can help set you up with a PayPal account to easily process payments for your online store or online event registration.
